Conducts detailed analysis of revenues, costs, and expenses; issues invoices for inventory adjustments; and responds to requests from team members and management, ensuring organization, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. * Import and verify accounting data, ensuring data integrity and reliability. * Monitor and verify documents received by Finance related to monthly closing expenses. * Conduct research, calculation, and recording of expense allocations. * Prepare detailed breakdowns of revenues, costs, and expenses for commercial and service-providing companies. * Identify, analyze, and report variances in administrative, commercial, logistics, and financial expenses. * Perform accounting reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, ensuring consistency of balances. * Issue invoices for inventory adjustment. * Respond to requests and demands from analysts and area management, contributing to continuous process improvement.
