Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform mechanical actions in response to total and/or partial breakdowns of equipment units; * Conduct electrical and electronic troubleshooting on electro-electronic components and communication networks in response to total and/or partial breakdowns of equipment units; * Perform maintenance and monitoring actions to ensure quality and performance of date printing on cardboard packaging; * Carry out interventions to guarantee printing quality through printer parameter adjustments, quality monitoring, and consumables replenishment; * Execute electromechanical actions specified in checklists to monitor equipment operation and wear; * Ensure equipment functionality and achievement of company-defined performance indicators; * Prepare reports detailing performed actions, equipment performance, and pending tasks—written clearly and thoroughly; * Support routine maintenance activities as required by production needs. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Electronics, or Electromechanics; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Electromechanics or Electroelectronics is desirable; * Basic Microsoft Office package; * SAP experience is desirable; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance; * UNIMED health plan (optional enrollment); * Dental plan (optional enrollment); * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Educational materials for employees’ children up to 5th grade; * Powdered milk for employees’ children aged 1 to 5 years; * E-learning platforms; * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) based on goal achievement.
