Operations Inspector

If you enjoy technology, have an affinity for teamwork, value people, are dynamic and committed to continuous improvement, come be part of our team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure the proper functioning of the quality management system; * Provide feedback on follow\-ups and inspections performed; * Constantly stay updated on operational processes; * Perform other job\-related tasks as directed by superiors; * Support the creation of training content and updates made to materials; * Inspect customer visits to identify service quality, fiber anchoring, router installation location, possible damages, connectorization, etc.; * Support daily team routines as directed by supervision or coordination; * Evaluate and monitor field teams' use of PPE and service quality; * Conduct inspections of: vehicles, tools, uniforms, PPE, EPC, among others; * Assist the training instructor with new employees or recycling training; * When necessary, indicate\/suggest disciplinary measures; * Monitor material returns when needed; * Conduct risk analysis; * Provide support in cases of service complaints by collecting information that will serve as a basis for decision\-making; * Guide, monitor and evaluate learning; * Know and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Know and comply with normative procedures related to your activity and sector; * Organize individual or shared work environments. * Record and document inspections, workshops and laboratories; * Guide, monitor and evaluate team learning\/performance; * Participate in the development of instructional resources that meet the objectives of scheduled activities; * Identify and report the greatest training needs to produce and deliver to technical teams. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory prerequisites:** * Driver's license A\/B. * High school diploma. * NR 10 and 35\. * Experience in operations sector and\/or telecommunications companies. **Desirable prerequisites:** * Good oral and written communication; * Teamwork skills; * Communicative profile; * Dynamic profile; * Courses related to the field. **Additional information** **Professional specialization area: Operations** **Hierarchical level:** Operational **Remuneration:** 1\.632,46 **Working hours:** 44 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) **Benefits that make a difference for you!** Transportation allowance Meal allowance Health plan (60% covered) Dental plan SulAmérica Optum – Health and well\-being Creditas – Financial benefits Life insurance Access to SESI (all branches) Access to SESC (Garanhuns \- PE) \#SOMOSPROXXIMA Since 2021, we have had the mission to **bring people closer to their desires**, offering innovative solutions that transform lives for the better, generating value for society as a whole.
