With an encouraging and supportive work environment, R2T strives to ensure that its employees collaborate as one family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievement for our staff, and corporate recognition. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers * Install and configure software and operating systems * Assist in network administration (internet, printers, etc.) * Manage and organize IT equipment * Monitor and record technical support tickets * Configure and maintain computers, routers, and network devices * Assist in network installation and maintenance (cabling, switches, Wi\-Fi) * Record and monitor technical support tickets * Create and manage user accounts, e\-mails, and access permissions. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a technical or undergraduate program in Computer Science, Networks, Information Systems, or related fields * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches) * Familiarity with computer hardware and maintenance * Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication and organizational skills **Salary and benefits:** Salary: R$ 2\.087,08 Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 (per day); Transportation allowance; TotalPass. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM; 44 hours per week.
