Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **responsible for:** * Leading all training initiatives across operations, mapping and proposing implementation of solutions to improve logistics processes, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and integration projects, technical trainings, and general projects—demonstrating tangible value to the area through proven gains. * Monitoring and collecting data for solutions that enhance training processes within logistics, linked to impact metrics for the business unit and the company as a whole. * Identifying and analyzing risks involved in logistics processes, developing action plans to mitigate them, ensuring adherence to management standards in operational processes. * Managing performance indicators, data analysis, feasibility studies, providing numerical and actionable visibility to support managerial positions in decision-making. * Analyzing metrics and developing operational management tools that add value to training initiatives, supported by expertise in BigQuery, Looker Studio, SQL, and related technologies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, Logistics, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Operational profile, working in full synergy with operations. * Knowledge of Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement is a plus, as is experience developing dashboards and data analysis. * Availability to work onsite in Sumaré/SP on a 5x2 schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM), with occasional availability to work other shifts for training delivery to operations. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to be the protagonist of your own development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge-sharing in a team of outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything necessary for you to have a great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for payment.
