Copyprinter, a company specializing in printer outsourcing and IT solutions, is currently hiring IT Interns and IT Technicians! Location: Belo Horizonte – MG (on-site) **Compensation:** Technician (CLT): R$ 1.800,00 to R$ 2.000,00 + R$ 20.00/day meal voucher + transportation allowance Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00; Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 **Responsibilities:** * Provide remote, internal, and external technical support for installation and configuration of printers and scanners. * Perform maintenance and support for IT peripherals (computers, notebooks, routers, etc.). * Support internal network infrastructure management, including PCs, servers, routers, modems, telephony, and other equipment. * Manage technical support tickets for printer support. * Collect and record print counters according to schedule. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT or networking, or relevant work experience. * Strong communication skills and excellence in customer service. * Aptitude for technology. * Advanced knowledge of networking. * Driver's license category A or B. **Desired Profile:** Interest in technology; Proactivity; Organization and strong communication skills.
