We are looking for a Telephony and Omnichannel Product Developer. We seek a versatile professional proficient in system and modern infrastructure administration (Containers/Kubernetes), yet equally passionate about **programming and Artificial Intelligence integration**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Development and Maintenance of Telecommunications Solutions: Develop and maintain IP Telephony solutions using FreeSWITCH and optimized web interfaces to streamline operational routines. * Infrastructure Management: Administer Linux servers, ensuring stability and performance. * Modernization: Manage containerized environments and orchestration using Kubernetes. * Development and AI: Create new features, implement API integrations, and build automation workflows leveraging AI within Omnichannel platforms. * Data: Perform data analysis and create dashboards to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering). * Analytical and proactive profile for resolving complex problems. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills (interaction with clients and technical teams). * Technical English for reading documentation and consuming APIs. * Proficiency in Linux (administration) and Windows operating systems. * Experience with FreeSWITCH and networking (TCP/IP protocol). * PostgreSQL database management. * General hardware and software knowledge. * Lua programming language. * Node.js / TypeScript: Backend experience and streaming response workflows. **Desirable** * LLM Consumption: Experience with OpenAI, Google Gemini APIs, or open-source models (e.g., Groq/Hugging Face). * Prompt Engineering: Ability to structure programmatic prompts, manage context, and handle token limits. * API Architecture: Solid understanding of Webhooks, REST, and gRPC for real-time system communication (CRM, ERP, AI). **Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 31.40/day * Meal/Voucher Allowance during Vacation * Fuel Voucher: BRL 12.64/day (no payroll deduction) * Transportation Voucher (no payroll deduction) * Motorcycle Parking * Birthday Day Off * Birthday Gift Voucher: BRL 150.00 * Profit Sharing * Life Insurance * Health Plan * Pharmacy Benefit * Dental Plan * Gympass (Wellhub) + Conexa Saúde (gym access, 2 nutritionist consultations + 2 psychologist consultations, 15% discount on lab tests (Dasa Network), and 20% discount at Pague Menos pharmacies) **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (on-site in Santa Tereza neighborhood, BH) Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) Compensation: BRL 4,000.00 – BRL 6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Fuel Allowance * Commercial Agreements and Discounts * Profit Sharing * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
