Job Summary: Support the management of airport pavement projects by conducting analyses, controls, and interactions to ensure execution within planned schedules and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and supervision of airport construction works Job Mission: Support the management of airport pavement projects by performing analyses, controls, and information updates, as well as interacting with other functional areas to ensure project execution according to planned schedules, deadlines, and budgets. Job Description **Project Management Activities:** Monitor the execution of airport pavement projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, deadlines, and budgets; **Technical Analysis:** Conduct technical analyses of airport pavement rehabilitation proposals, including investment estimates; **Conceptual Development:** Develop concepts and define requirements for procurement of airport pavement projects and construction works; Financial Control: Manage budgets, assessing risks and opportunities to optimize costs; Scope and Terms of Reference Management: Develop scope statements, terms of reference, and requisitions for projects and construction works; **Technical Support:** Provide technical support to the procurement department, reviewing technical proposals and conducting site visits; **Review of Executed Projects:** Analyze technical drawings submitted by contractors in accordance with established guidelines; **Technical Feedback:** Provide technical information regarding modifications or adaptations to the technical management department. Field Survey: Monitor field surveys and tests related to the project and construction. **Construction Supervision:** Supervise construction interventions to ensure that design assumptions are met during construction. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience in managing airport pavement projects; Technical Knowledge: Airport pavements, project management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management; Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.); **Skills:** Effective communication, teamwork, critical analysis, and problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Software knowledge: AutoCAD, PAVER, Farfield, or other pavement planning and analysis software; Airport Construction Experience: Practical experience in airport pavement construction. ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Operations
