Description

**Ensure that drivers operate vehicles safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations, promoting a safety culture and operational excellence aligned with company standards and procedures.** · Deliver practical and theoretical training to drivers, focusing on safe driving techniques, traffic legislation, and company operational procedures; · Participate in the selection and evaluation of new drivers, administering practical tests to ensure candidate qualification; · Monitor the performance of all drivers, verifying their proficiency and proper use of the vehicle under their responsibility; · Evaluate driver performance during training and daily activities, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback; · Promote safety and compliance culture within the company, encouraging the adoption of safe and responsible driving behaviors; · Establish a relationship between vehicle and driver performance, based on observations such as average fuel and engine oil consumption, reported defects, among others, and provide guidance on proper usage; · Advise drivers individually or collectively regarding routes, driving modes, and behavioral conduct; · Collaborate with the Safety Department to investigate accidents and incidents, developing preventive action plans; · Conduct campaigns, training sessions, and other activities related to driver monitoring jointly with the Human Resources team; · Support the Maintenance Department; · Provide hands-on driver supervision.
