Organization and hygiene of the workplace * Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your immediate supervisor to fulfill one stage of the production process. * Perform specific tasks typical of your area of expertise, related to meal preparation and pre\-preparation, food processing, organization, and hygiene of utensils and the workplace.
