Driven by ambitious challenges, we have developed a platform to streamline control and optimize management — from initial phases through project completion. **// General Responsibilities:** * **Surface Sanding**: Sand walls, floors, and other surfaces made of concrete, masonry, plaster, or gypsum to render them smooth and ready for painting, cladding, or other finishing treatments. * **Finishing Preparation**: Prepare surfaces for subsequent construction stages, such as paint application, mortar coating, or other finishing processes. * **Use of Appropriate Tools**: Operate electric sanders, grinders, and manual tools to ensure uniform, flawless finishes. * **Quality Control**: Inspect completed work to identify potential defects — such as holes, cracks, or irregularities — and correct them before final finishing. * **Worksite Cleanup**: Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing dust residue, material scraps, and ensuring the area remains safe for other construction personnel. * **Workplace Safety**: Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including dust masks, gloves, safety goggles, and hearing protection, to safeguard personal health during sanding operations. **// Required Qualifications:** * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you reside in Montes Claros or its surrounding region? * Do you have prior experience in this role?
