We are seeking a qualified technical professional to work on Transmission Line construction projects, with proven experience at voltage levels of 230 kV and 500 kV. The candidate will be responsible for supporting field activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, supervising teams, and guaranteeing that all stages are executed with quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. In this role, the candidate is expected to develop reports in internal systems and client platforms using EXCEL and WORD templates, evaluate PEX, evaluate APR; assess and create SI (intervention requests); perform qualitative inspections. Requirements: Electrical, Electrotechnical. **Mandatory Requirements:** \- Technical degree in Electrotechnics or Building Construction (with active CREA registration). \- Proven experience in implementation and construction of 230 kV and 500 kV transmission lines. \- Experience in assembly activities, foundations, metallic structures, cables, and electrical components. \- Knowledge of technical standards applicable to the electric power sector (ANEEL, ABNT, specific NBRs). \- Experience in reading and interpreting civil and electromechanical project drawings. \- Knowledge of EHS practices and risk management in large-scale construction projects. \- Availability for travel and field-based work assignments. **Desirable/Additional Requirements:** \- Experience working on projects for utility companies (Enel, Neoenergia, EDP, Taesa, CTEEP, Chesf, Eletronorte, etc.). \- NR\-10 Basic Course (40 hours) and NR\-10 Complementary Course (SEP) (40 hours). \- Category B driver's license held for over 1 year. \- Experience as a Field Technician in power transmission and substation areas. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise transmission line construction projects, ensuring execution according to design and schedule. \- Conduct technical inspections and support contractor management. \- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance indicators. \- Record field evidence, prepare photographic and technical reports. \- Support responsible engineers in routine verification and control procedures. ***Work Location: To be determined (projects across national territory).*** Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT employment Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.350,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher
