Opportunity to work with innovation in hospital medical devices Monitor the market, identify best practices, and support Management in the commercial development of the Business Unit(s) assigned, aiming to maintain relationships and acquire new customers. Focus on selling products and services under responsibility, meeting targets related to visits, product turnover, and periodic revenue generation. Provide advisory support for surgical procedures related to the Business Unit(s)’ portfolio, delivering technical support to medical teams, including guidance on proper product handling. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the market and identify best practices to enhance competitiveness and improve service quality; * Conduct visits to influencer groups and opinion leaders to promote the Business Unit(s)’ products; * Perform market research and support the launch and implementation of new products from the *portfolio* within the assigned region; * Collaborate with Marketing and *Compliance* departments to organize events promoting continuing education and product awareness; * Attend conferences as needed to represent the company and the assigned Business Unit(s) to the market; * Visit prescribing professionals to report information and updates regarding our *portfolio*; * Analyze, from a technical perspective, tender specifications to support the Tender team; * Assist Management in planning surgical schedules and evaluation appointments; * Schedule and communicate surgical procedures under responsibility to internal teams, enabling appropriate planning; * Perform accessory checklists and oversee shipment of materials required for procedures under responsibility; * Participate in surgical procedures, providing technical advisory support to medical teams—including device scheduling, guidance on proper product handling, and evaluation follow-up; * Perform equipment and medical device disinfection after use in hospital units; * Record information on performed surgical procedures in corporate applications/systems for internal process continuity; * Submit OPME usage notices, DECAS forms, and others to the Sales Support team per internal process; * Issue Implantable Device Patient Cards (e.g., pacemakers, ICDs), when applicable; * Report Non-Conformities occurring during procedures to the Quality team; * Periodically replace digital dosimeters and PPE, complying with usage standards alongside the SESMT team; * Provide post-operative patient support, including evaluations and implantable device programming; * Ensure custody, security, and return of equipment after use; * Support company inventory control by conducting product counts for the assigned Business Unit(s) at customer sites; * Support billing collection processes for outstanding invoices with customers; * Provide Management with continuous feedback on market acceptance and usage of company products. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Health Sciences; * Ongoing postgraduate studies in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Health Sciences; * Intermediate proficiency in *Microsoft Office*; * Experience in Sales/Commercial area; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hospital sector and with surgical materials, especially with the products of the Business Unit(s) supported; * Knowledge of Human Anatomy; * Full availability, including for travel; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Personal vehicle (car).\* **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience driving on highways and roads is desirable; * Intermediate technical English proficiency is desirable. **Additional Information** Contract type: Service provision (Legal Entity \- PJ). Fixed salary \+ Variable remuneration (based on productivity). Limited reimbursement for fuel and parking expenses incurred during service provision.
