With creativity, innovation, and collaboration, we build solutions that positively impact society and illuminate the path toward a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Engage key stakeholders in the project delivery flow, keeping the team aligned with expected objectives and benefits; * Facilitate and lead planning meetings for cross-functional projects, in accordance with the Company’s methodology, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables among all stakeholders; * Analyze project flow cadence and, based on performance indicators, investigate root causes of imbalances and propose improvement and/or corrective actions; * Train and guide project owners in project management knowledge areas and best practices; * Support project structuring, planning, and monitoring—including risk and interdependency mapping; * Provide visibility into project and portfolio progress and performance for senior leadership; * Maintain the knowledge base and lessons learned repository; * Disseminate project management knowledge across the organization and ensure compliance with standards and norms; * Support project prioritization; * Prepare presentations, dashboards, meeting minutes, and reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Must Have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Completed MBA or Postgraduate degree in Project Management. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience in project management (PMO or GP); * Project management (waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies); * Process management; * Change management; * Product management; * Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Power BI; * Certifications related to project management (PMP), processes, and change. **Additional Information** We believe a company’s success begins with the transparency and reliability of each team member.
