The Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and scheduling the activities of employees and suppliers involved in the project, controlling planning, execution, quality, and safety throughout the development of activities. Monitors and oversees construction work, verifying compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and the flow and movement of materials and supplies used. Also prepares technical documentation, site diaries, control and quality reports, manages the schedule, and trains teams, always seeking excellence in service execution. Experience in Supervision of Construction Projects: * Foundations and structures; * Turnkey renovation of corporate offices; * Turnkey renovation and construction of commercial environments; * Oversight of complementary installations projects; Key Responsibilities: * Supervise turnkey/full-service construction projects for corporate environments; * Develop contract planning (kick-off, schedule preparation, input and supplier scheduling); * Participate in strategic planning and monitoring meetings; * Interface with clients and suppliers; * Prepare technical reports on executed services and site diaries; * Control project schedules; * Be responsible for delegating tasks and guiding teams during execution; * Participate in the development of commercial proposals; * Define project objectives, guidelines, schedule, and deadlines with the team; * Ensure client requirements are met in accordance with the contract; * Plan and anticipate risk management measures; * Manage the budget, respective project costs, contractual information, quotations, variations, as well as measurement management (billing); * Formalize identified non-conformities and initiate corrective actions; * Strongly contribute to Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
