We seek professionals who combine **operational agility, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering excellent service**, contributing to a positive and memorable journey at Pratagy Acqua Park. ? **Main Responsibilities** * Operate park point-of-sale (POS) terminals following established procedures * Perform suggestive selling of products, focusing on achieving sales targets * Greet and assist visitors, ensuring orientation and access control per defined standards * Carry out opening, operational activities, and closing of workstations, ensuring organization and cleanliness per sanitary regulations * Organize and restock products, maintaining an attractive environment for visitors (visual merchandising) * Support queue management, character supervision, photo sessions, and performances * Conduct mobile sales, ensuring inventory and monetary controls * Receive, store, and transport products, verifying quantities and expiration dates * Operate food service equipment according to training and safety standards * Participate in events and parties, providing assistance and support to visitors * Conduct inventories as required * Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition, clean, and fully operational * Notify leadership in case of incidents or non-standard situations * Support other operation-related tasks as needed ? **Prerequisites** * Completed high school education * Experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus * Availability to work in a dynamic, high-traffic environment * Basic knowledge of cash register operation is considered a plus ? **Behavioral Profile** * Friendliness and strong communication skills * Proactivity and agility * Organization and attention to detail * Responsibility and commitment * Ability to work effectively in a team * Professional demeanor, with emphasis on personal presentation and hygiene We seek a professional who integrates **customer service, sales, and operations**, bringing energy, dynamism, and a focus on delivering a positive experience to visitors.
