M3 Tecnologia is a company specialized in innovative technological solutions, offering software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor images, signals, and events at the monitoring center, following established security procedures. Record incidents in internal systems and notify responsible personnel and support teams when necessary. Provide basic telephone or digital channel assistance related to security events, maintaining clear and objective communication. Support the operation of monitoring systems and technological tools, maintaining focused attention throughout the shift. Previous experience as a Monitoring Analyst, Monitoring Technician, Control Operator, or Monitoring Supervisor may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. High school diploma completed.
