Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on basic electrical installations, equipment, and hotel infrastructure. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, effectively and efficiently resolving issues to minimize inconvenience to guests and staff. Perform routine swimming pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including checking water chemical balance, cleaning filters, and maintaining pumps. Install and repair gypsum ceilings, ensuring smooth and aesthetically pleasing finishes on ceilings and walls. Perform painting and finishing work, applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes. Repair piping, fittings, leaks, and blockages in potable water, heating, and sewage systems. Assist with furniture relocation and equipment assembly.
