Job Summary: Hotéis Ponta Verde Group is seeking a professional to assist the procurement department, handling supplier registration, quotations, delivery tracking, and general support. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Register suppliers in the system. Send quotations to suppliers, follow up on those quotations, input quoted prices into the system, and assist in analyzing the quoted values. Monitor delivery deadlines for purchase orders to help prevent stockouts. Verify compliance with terms negotiated with suppliers. Issue purchase orders for requests according to internal procedures (non-controlled items). Track credit card purchases using spreadsheets. Assist other members of the procurement department with their ongoing activities. Support warehouse staff during their vacation periods.
