;We are looking for a Production Manager for a large-scale industry in the metal transformation (metallurgy) sector, located in the **CAMPINAS/SP REGION**. Completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related fields. Proven experience in production management within medium- or large-scale metallurgical industries. Experience with welding processes, heavy fabrication, assembly, and machining. Knowledge of production management tools, Lean Manufacturing, and industrial performance indicators. Manage production operations in the MANUAL AND ROBOTIC WELDING department with solid expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, and operational excellence tools. Ability to lead large, multifunctional teams. Intermediate English proficiency and ERP system knowledge (SAP, Totvs, etc.) are desirable. CLT hiring.
