We support those who wish to grow alongside us—with responsibility, creativity, and passion for their work. **If this describes you, join us in building the future.** **Job Mission:** Responsible for executing operational activities in the terminal and apron, planning and controlling flight scheduling to prevent overlaps and saturation in boarding and deplaning areas. Ensure full operational functionality within the assigned unit, as well as compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory authority standards. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control operational area facilities; * Operate light and heavy vehicles, when necessary, for various purposes, providing services to operational area facilities; * Direct aircraft and helicopter parking; * Conduct periodic inspections of airport facilities, verifying hygiene and cleaning services, lighting, security, signage, drainage, and presence of obstacles—promptly requesting corrective action from the competent authority whenever required; * Guide and supervise flight scheduling and real-time updates of allocation boards, as well as ground movement of aircraft, ensuring correct positioning; * Operate the airport resource allocation system, performing scheduling of parking stands and other resources (check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage carousels, etc.) arising from such allocations—avoiding overlaps and saturation in boarding and deplaning areas; * Analyze irregularities related to airport traffic, identify root causes, and escalate them to supervisors for resolution, with the objective of ensuring safety. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Valid or in-process Category D driver’s license (CNH); * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Intermediate Word proficiency; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Knowledge of airport operations (preferred). **Knowledge and Skills:** Category D driver’s license (CNH), Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office suite, Availability to work on a 2x2 rotating shift schedule **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance, Food Allowance, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Childcare Assistance, School Supplies Assistance, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), Life Insurance, Private Pension Plan, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass **Weekly Working Hours:** 44 Hours ### **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Allowance, Food Allowance, Profit Sharing Program (PLR), Childcare Assistance, Private Pension Plan, School Supplies Assistance (per Collective Bargaining Agreement), Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave ### **Department:** Maceió Airport
