Job Summary: A professional to develop complex machining programs, optimize production processes, and create tool libraries, maximizing productivity and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Development of medium- and high-complexity machining programs 2. Creation of universal machining tool libraries 3. Definition and adjustment of cutting parameters to maximize productivity **Responsibilities:** * Development of medium- and high-complexity machining programs, with detailed analysis of production processes, aiming to optimize operational sequences in a coherent and cost-effective manner. * Conducting tooling surveys and assessment of the manufacturing infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and smooth progress of the programming process. * Creation of universal machining tool libraries, adapted to the manufacturing facility, to accelerate and standardize production. * Definition and adjustment of cutting parameters, as well as implementation of machining strategies to maximize productivity and quality. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in SIEMENS and FANUC numerical control systems. * Proven experience with CAM software, preferably WORKNC and EDGCAM. * Must reside in Maceió/AL **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour break) * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
