We are looking for a **Procurement Supervisor** to ensure efficient store replenishment, cost control, and supplier negotiations. We seek an analytical professional with leadership qualities and a strong focus on results. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute the supermarket's merchandise procurement process; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality; * Ensure adequate departmental supply, preventing stockouts and overstocking; * Monitor inventory turnover, product expiration dates, and demand; * Analyze procurement metrics, margins, and profitability; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Coordinate and guide the procurement team; * Plan procurement strategies aligned with seasonality and promotions; * Control costs and contribute to the company's financial performance; * Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and standards. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields); * Experience in procurement, preferably in retail/supermarkets; * Team leadership experience; * Knowledge of negotiation and inventory management; * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency; * Flexible availability. **Competencies:** * Analytical and strategic mindset; * Negotiation skills; * Leadership and people management; * Organization and planning; * Proactivity; * Results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Supermarket experience; * Familiarity with inventory metrics (turnover, stockouts, margin); * Experience with management systems/ERP.
