Come learn more! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and manage servers, networks, storage systems, and security devices to ensure availability and performance. * Implement, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and virtualization environments. * Monitor system capacity and performance, implementing adjustments and updates as needed. * Resolve complex infrastructure issues and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. * Provide third-level support for critical infrastructure incidents. * Propose and implement continuous improvements to IT processes and systems. * Ensure compliance with information security policies and implement best practices for data protection and management. * Administer firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and other security tools. * Implement security updates (patches) and mitigate vulnerabilities. * Actively participate in IT projects—from planning through implementation—providing technical expertise. * Collaborate with development teams and other departments to ensure appropriate infrastructure for new services and solutions. * Identify and implement infrastructure process improvements aimed at efficiency and cost reduction. * Implement infrastructure automation solutions—such as scripts and centralized management tools. * Develop and maintain technical documentation for environments, processes, and procedures. * Administer and manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ensuring solution performance and availability. * Define and execute backup and disaster recovery policies for cloud and on\-premise environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration (networks, servers, storage, virtualization, etc.). * Certifications in infrastructure areas (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.) are highly desirable. * Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper\-V), and network administration (TCP/IP, routing, firewall). * Experience with automation solutions and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, etc.). **Additional Information** For us, sport is more than just practice: it’s movement.
