User support and network monitoring **NETWORK ANALYST I** **Job Description:** Handle and resolve connectivity-related incidents (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, internet). Diagnose and resolve network issues (IP, DNS, cabling, printers). Perform basic installation and maintenance of networking equipment (routers, switches, access points). Monitor network performance and provide user support. Log and document incidents and procedures. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Bachelor's program in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and structured cabling.
