We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer – Financial Services or Private Equity experience. The ideal candidate must have experience creating and executing manual and automated tests. ### **Responsibilities** * Own the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions supporting business processes and relationships * Lead development of flow-driven processes using Flow, Apex, and Lightning components * Translate ambiguous or high-level business requirements into concrete technical designs * Enhance and refactor existing objects and automations to support platform scalability and governance * Ensure solutions align with financial services standards for security, data integrity, and auditability * Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams to influence platform roadmap and strategy * Provide technical mentoring, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers * Identify technical risks, data issues, and opportunities for automation improvement **Technical Requirements:** * 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience * Mandatory experience in financial services, private equity, asset management, investment banking, or a similarly regulated environment * Proven experience supporting complex data models, approval flows, and audit requirements * Advanced expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components development * Deep experience with Salesforce Flow, including complex orchestration patterns * Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and permissions in regulated environments * Experience integrating Salesforce with upstream and downstream financial systems * Demonstrated accountability and ability to self-manage work from high-level direction **WHY CAPCO:** At **Capco**, we foster an inclusive culture.
