Job Summary: Performs operational and industrial support services, including loading, disassembly, organization, cleaning, and lubrication, contributing to the company’s work execution. Focus on sustainability and waste valorization Perform, under instruction, support services for operational areas at landfill sites, yards, warehouses, workshops, cold rooms, storerooms, factories, and/or field locations—including loading, unloading, assembly, disassembly, organizing, packaging, distribution, material handling, arrangement, lubrication, reception of healthcare waste, assistance in high-pressure autoclave operations, biogas production monitoring, and other similar tasks—to contribute to the company’s operational activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform, under instruction, support services for operational and industrial activities at yards, warehouses, workshops, storerooms, manufacturing facilities, and field locations—carrying out organization, unloading and loading of equipment, assembly and disassembly, storage, distribution, material handling, cleaning, lubrication, and other similar tasks involving materials and tools—including securing, counting, and/or storage—to support the company’s operational work; * Assist, under instruction, in professional tasks related to mechanics, metalworking, painting, operations, etc., by retrieving tools and materials, providing operational support, performing disassembly, lubrication, and part cleaning to support area operations; * Perform manual labor for preparation and restoration of work areas—including breaking, drilling, excavation, debris collection, and other tasks required at workstations; * Collect soil and water samples following procedures or instructions from supervisors, properly packaging them for laboratory analysis; * Clean operational facilities—including sweeping, garbage and debris collection, scrap removal, and grease and oil removal—to ensure workplace order and maintenance; * Conduct system monitoring according to internal procedures, recording data and reporting to supervisors; * Participate in EPAE (Emergency Response Teams), carrying out assigned operational tasks to support necessary emergency response efforts; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions in both internal and third-party teams, reporting and/or taking preventive actions per institutional instructions; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity as determined by the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Desired: Incomplete elementary education – 4th grade. * Specific courses or certifications related to the position. * Agility, focused attention, interest, excellent physical fitness, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and strong interpersonal relationship skills. * Desired: Minimum 6 months’ prior experience in related operational activities. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is inherent to humanity.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
