Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet/equipment, supporting activity scheduling and operational flow. All selection processes conducted by **VAMOS** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet/equipment, supporting activity scheduling and operational flow. * Maintain frequent contact with field mechanics, serving as the primary communication link to understand needs and direct actions. * Track equipment/machinery history, flagging upcoming preventive maintenance and supporting execution and evidence registration in the system. * Support the creation, progress tracking, and monitoring of maintenance-related requests and procurement of materials/items required for service execution. * Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal teams, workshops, suppliers, and support areas to ensure accurate understanding of requirements. * Source and prospect new suppliers, expanding the service network and offering more cost-, time-, and quality-effective alternatives for operations. * Support supplier onboarding and development, avoiding dependency on a single option and increasing competitiveness in operations. * Apply analytical thinking and creativity to identify alternative parts, materials, and solutions—including researching benchmarks from related markets. * Interface with supervision and leadership when escalation or client/operational resistance arises on maintenance topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Prior experience in fleet control, maintenance, telematics, operational support, or related routines is desirable. * Familiarity with maintenance routines is desirable. * A valid **Class B Driver’s License (CNH B)** will be considered a significant advantage for occasional operational support needs. **Additional Information** You’ll find all the traditional benefits you know—and we go even further: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated 24/7 confidential channel offering specialized support for you and your family—psychological, social, financial, legal, and more. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
