Their role involves ensuring alignment, organization, and support for internal demands, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, service continuity, and appropriate use of organizational resources. ACTIVITIES: * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and comparative analyses for the procurement of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, administrative supplies, IT items, construction materials (electrical and plumbing), fixed assets in general, and other inputs. * Update supplier records in the system, as well as prospect and develop new strategic partners. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process until final delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines and specifications. * Serve as the central communication point among administration, suppliers, and service providers. * Receive, inspect, and store materials in the warehouse, verifying quantities, descriptions, integrity, and conformity with invoices. * Register materials and suppliers in the ERP system. * Manage inventory control in the system, ensuring accuracy. * Record all movements in the system, post invoices, and register material withdrawals. * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts. * Pick, pack, organize, and prepare logistics for material distribution to the Lafaiete units and other cities. * Supervise building maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, furniture), ensuring facility preservation and proper functioning. * Monitor construction projects, renovations, and environmental adaptations. * Perform initial registration of new assets in the asset management system, including identification, as well as processing write-offs due to disposal or donation. * Track, record, and update all asset movements (furniture, equipment, and other fixed assets), ensuring traceability and correct location. * Initiate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance requests related to building maintenance. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to supplies, warehousing, and infrastructure. * Prepare management reports when requested. * Control documents, spreadsheets, and administrative routines of the area. * And other activities assigned by management.
