BM VAGAS, in partnership with a heavy construction company, is seeking a Construction and Mining Machine Operator for the city of Ouro Branco-MG. Responsibilities: Operate civil construction equipment such as loaders, hydraulic excavators, and motor graders. Perform daily equipment inspections, checking oil, water, and fuel levels. Carry out excavation, earthmoving, and land leveling tasks. Ensure safety during equipment operation by following established norms and procedures. Maintain the equipment; Safeguard the client's/company's assets; Operate a tractor unit coupled to a flatbed trailer. Comply with applicable work procedure standards (POs) and understand and follow occupational safety regulations. Avoid waste of raw materials; Keep the work area clean. Load/unload trucks, railcars, and vehicles with these materials. Verify/Evaluate skills of beginner operators/drivers. Observe and comply with traffic rules (including internal ones). Operate equipment within its capacity. Accurately complete daily reports. Use specific personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role. Technical knowledge: Roadworks – Road Maintenance/Conservation. Technical knowledge: Roadworks – Paving. Technical knowledge: Roadworks – Soils. Technical knowledge: Roadworks – Earthmoving. Requirements: Complete elementary education. CNH Category D or E. Proven experience in operating civil construction machinery. Machinery operator certification (NR-11, NR-12). Knowledge of basic mechanics of heavy machinery. Skills: Tractor operation. Backhoe operation. Motor grader operation. **Horário** Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:18 with a 1-hour meal break
