Communication with carriers, customers, and internal departments **Position Summary** Responsible for scheduling and tracking product pickups and returns with customers and carriers, ensuring efficiency in the reverse logistics flow and compliance with established deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Schedule pickups/returns with customers and logistics partners; * Track reverse logistics requests (exchanges, returns, warranty claims, etc.); * Monitor deadlines and status of pickups until process completion; * Update internal systems with scheduling and tracking information; * Resolve incidents (delays, pickup failures, discrepancies); * Maintain communication with carriers, customers, and internal departments; * Generate operational reports and performance metrics (SLAs); * Support logistics process improvements; Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Experience in customer service or logistics operations; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; Benefits * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance of BRL 42 per workday; * Totalpass; * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM\.
