Job Summary: Manage strategic procurement of goods and services, ensuring optimal balance among cost, quality, and delivery time through supplier management and negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Job Mission Ensure efficient and strategic procurement of goods and services, guaranteeing optimal balance among cost, quality, and delivery time through effective supplier management and negotiations aligned with Grupo Patrimar’s objectives. Main Responsibilities * Fully manage procurement processes for goods and services, from supplier sourcing to contract finalization. * Evaluate proposals technically and financially, ensuring decisions are based on cost\-benefit ratio, quality, and compliance. * Prepare, review, and monitor **Purchase Orders and Contracts**, ensuring adherence to internal standards, company policies, and applicable legislation. * Monitor supplier performance indicators, conducting critical analyses and tracking action plans for continuous improvement. * Conduct risk analyses and prepare **technical opinions** related to procurement activities. * Develop and execute negotiation strategies aimed at optimizing costs, delivery times, and quality of services and materials. * Collaborate closely with internal departments (Engineering, Construction, Finance, etc.) to align requirements and solutions. * Contribute to the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices. Desirable Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**. * Experience in procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management (experience in the construction industry is desirable). * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Structured profile with focus on planning, control, and compliance. * Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and technical negotiation ability.
