Main Responsibilities * Fully manage procurement processes for goods and services, from supplier sourcing to contract finalization. * Evaluate proposals technically and financially, ensuring decisions are based on cost\-benefit ratio, quality, and compliance. * Prepare, review, and monitor **Purchase Orders and Contracts**, ensuring adherence to internal standards, company policies, and applicable legislation. * Monitor supplier performance indicators, conducting critical analyses and tracking action plans for continuous improvement. * Conduct risk analyses and prepare **technical opinions** related to procurement activities. * Develop and execute negotiation strategies aimed at optimizing costs, delivery times, and quality of services and materials. * Collaborate closely with internal departments (Engineering, Construction, Finance, etc.) to align requirements and solutions. * Contribute to the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices. Desirable Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**. * Experience in procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management (experience in the construction industry is desirable). * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Structured profile with focus on planning, control, and compliance. * Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and technical negotiation ability.
