Monitoring of KPIs and proposal of continuous improvements A mining and construction company is seeking a Maintenance Controller in Juiz de Fora. **Responsibilities:** Manage the portfolio of planned work orders (scheduled dates vs. 52-week plan) and support prioritization in collaboration with PCM and Operations. Work closely with Procurement and Warehousing to ensure forecasting and timely delivery of materials, especially for critical and emergency requirements. Support weekly maintenance scheduling by verifying material and service availability in advance. Translate the maintenance plan into material requirements and monitor strategic inventories (Class A items), initiating replenishment as needed. Track purchase orders through to receipt and propose adjustments to inventory parameters. Ensure standardized technical item master data and support identification of critical and spare parts. Monitor KPIs (downtime due to missing parts, work orders with complete kits, material lead time) and propose continuous improvements. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Analyst, or Maintenance Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
