The maintenance and renovation mason is the professional responsible for performing masonry, repair, construction, and renovation services in buildings, ensuring the good condition and preservation of physical structures. Works in both preventive and corrective maintenance, following technical and occupational safety standards. **Main Activities:** * Perform **masonry work**, such as laying bricks, blocks, and flooring; * Carry out **repairs on walls**, fences, floors, finishes, and damaged structures; * Execute **renovations in bathrooms, kitchens, facades, and other areas**, according to project plans or technical instructions; * Perform **plaster restoration, concreting, and grouting**; * Prepare **mortars, concrete, and other materials** used in the services; * Carry out **partial demolition** of structures when necessary; * Install or repair **components and finishes**, such as baseboards, countertops, ceramics, and tiles; * Assist in the **assembly and disassembly of scaffolding**, following safety procedures; * Assist in minor **plumbing and electrical installations**, when required for project execution; * Ensure **organization, cleanliness, and maintenance** of work sites and tools; * Strictly follow **safety regulations**, using required PPE and reporting hazardous situations.
