**Fleet Analyst** The Senior Fleet Analyst will be responsible for managing and controlling the company’s fleet, ensuring vehicle availability, fuel management, mobilization and demobilization processes, as well as compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. The role involves cost analysis, process optimization, and support to related departments, aiming for operational efficiency and expense reduction. **What you’ll do on a daily basis** * Manage light and heavy vehicle fleets, ensuring appropriate usage; * Control mandatory documentation (licensing, insurance, IPVA, traffic fines, etc.); * Monitor fleet performance indicators (fuel consumption, operational costs, vehicle availability); * Manage fuel supply processes, including consumption control, negotiations with gas stations, and deviation analysis; * Lead vehicle mobilization and demobilization processes—from vehicle customization through to asset disposal; * Negotiate with suppliers for fleet-related services, seeking optimal cost\-benefit ratios; * Prepare managerial reports and cost analyses to support decision-making; * Ensure compliance with safety standards and current legislation; * Support fleet-related optimization and cost-reduction initiatives. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in fleet management; * Experience with fleet and fuel management systems; * Knowledge of traffic legislation and applicable regulations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with vehicle telematics and tracking; * Knowledge of contract and supplier management.
