Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important** For information about Senac Minas selection processes, visit our careers page: https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ *This opportunity is open to people with disabilities (PwD) and individuals rehabilitated by INSS, aligned with our values of inclusion and diversity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Pedagogical Supervisor, your main challenges will include:** * Supervising, planning, guiding, mobilizing, and monitoring the educational offering process within the pedagogical-educational scope, collaborating with faculty, students, support teams, and the Educational Unit’s management; * Providing in-person, telephone, email, and WhatsApp customer and student support; * Participating in faculty selection processes; * Monitoring faculty and student performance; * Recording student and faculty attendance in the system; * Participating in the Educational Unit’s pedagogical planning; * Reporting student and faculty absences; * Ensuring compliance with the Educational Unit’s established pedagogical guidelines; * Providing ongoing pedagogical support to students and faculty; * Monitoring the development and effectiveness of educational practices within the Unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are seeking a candidate with:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Professional experience in the educational field; * Experience in administrative and educational routines; educational management and educational legislation; * Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B; * Availability for travel. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Postgraduate degree in Educational Management, Pedagogical Supervision, Higher Education Teaching, or related fields; * Knowledge of active learning methodologies; ICTs; Project-Based Pedagogy; and Inclusion Methodologies; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to share knowledge. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Senac Conselheiro Lafaiete/MG (in-person work); * Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM; Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract – fixed term of 4 months; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Health and dental insurance; * SESC membership; * Childcare allowance – per internal benefits policy rules; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Course fee exemption for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Additionally, we offer these unique benefits:** * Daily collaboration and knowledge exchange with market-leading professionals; * Friendly and collaborative work environment. **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s how it is at Senac Minas!
