Job Summary: The draftsperson will assist in project coordination, interpret technical standards, perform volume calculations, and create 3D models, making technical decisions collaboratively with the team. Knowledge of surveying and earthwork measurement 3. 3D modeling and critical analysis of deliverables **JOB: Draftsperson** **Location:** Mariana/MG **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Technical Course in Surveying, Construction, or related fields; * Experience with **CIVIL\-3D and Topograph**; * Knowledge of **surveying** and hands-on experience in **earthwork measurement**; * Proficiency in reading **earthwork, civil, and mechanical** project drawings. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in project coordination and research of materials and new technologies required for project development; \- Interpret technical standards according to the service area and/or client specifications (scale, line weight, and format); \- Perform volume and cross-sectional calculations; \- Prepare preliminary designs and review associated sketches; \- Conduct preliminary sizing of structures and installations; \- Create 3D models; \- Archive documents related to project development; \- Critically analyze own deliverables and make technical decisions jointly with the team and client. **BENEFITS:** * Transportation and meal allowances; * Health and dental insurance plans; * **Welhub (Gympass)**.
