**Tech Lead – RM TOTVS \| TCOP Module** We are seeking a professional with an analytical profile, strategic vision, and strong technical leadership capability to serve as Tech Lead within the RM TOTVS ecosystem, focusing on the TCOP module in the field of Civil Engineering. The professional will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the implementation, configuration, support, and monitoring team for the module, ensuring solution efficiency and adherence to industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical leadership for the TCOP module implementation and support team; * Define, review, and monitor solution architectures involving RM TOTVS; * Perform configuration and support of processes related to projects, budgeting, costs, and physical\-financial control; * Monitor cost allocation, measurements, and deviation analysis; * Ensure technical quality of deliverables and implementation best practices; * Provide technical support to the team through mentoring, technical reviews, and strategic guidance; * Collaborate with business areas to define efficient solutions aligned with operational needs; * Participate in technical decision-making and continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** * Experience in budgeting, planning, construction control, or project management; * Experience with RM TOTVS—particularly the TCOP module—is considered a plus; * Prior experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role; * Knowledge of project management, budgeting, and cost management; * Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and good communication skills; * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, or related fields; * Previous experience as a TOTVS Analyst is a plus.
