Daily responsibilities: * Monitoring probationary periods to request monthly or quarterly feedback for permanent employees. Planning and executing HR actions/engagement campaigns, budget preparation, and planning schedules. Creating graphics/images and videos to promote campaigns and other necessary internal communications. Monitoring internship and apprenticeship contracts. Administering and tracking internal and external training programs. Recording exit interviews, providing support to company employees. Supporting HR matters at the Central Office and Group subsidiaries (Real Estate Development, Hotel, and Shopping Center).
