Job Summary: This professional will provide support to customers/users, guiding them in the use of hardware and software, and assist with system installation and configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Support and guidance on hardware and software usage 2. Assistance with system installation and configuration 3. User training and clarification of doubts * Provide support to customers/users, guiding them in the use of hardware and software. Assist with system installation and configuration at customer sites. * Train users and clarify doubts related to system usage. * Provide support during the first weeks after implementation to resolve initial issues. * Monitor implementation stages, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables. * Document the implementation process.
