This role is ideal for someone aiming to join a global organization, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with local and international teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute activities related to onboarding, offboarding, document control, payroll processing, vacation management, leaves of absence, allowances, and contract terminations. * Perform various calculations—including vacation pay, severance payments, preliminary and supplementary severance calculations—to support payroll preparation; prepare routine reports, enter data into the system, and submit deliverables to the client. * Manage bank interface processes. * Issue and generate unemployment insurance documentation. * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and conventions, analyzing and applying relevant clauses. * Perform and apply retroactive calculations for collective bargaining disputes. * Analyze and fulfill ancillary obligations. * Integrate and validate accounting and statutory contribution processes. * Carry out various employee master data updates. * Generate vacation and 13th salary accruals. * Process statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, and union dues). * Integrate electronic timekeeping systems. * Process promotions, transfers, and merit-based requests. * Respond to client-initiated service tickets and maintain SLA compliance tracking. * Prepare various management reports and financial statements. * Provide client support, including participation in meetings. **Key Requirements** * **Education**: Completed bachelor’s degree. * **IT Skills**: Microsoft Office suite + payroll systems (Protheus). * **Excel**: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, .txt export, general data analysis. * **Language**: Advanced English (preferred). **What We Offer** **Career Development Paths** Work alongside colleagues and clients from around the world on exciting and challenging assignments.
