This role combines strong technical involvement with practical delivery leadership. You will be responsible for guiding technical decisions, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth daily progress. You will also organize tasks, participate in planning and refinement sessions, and maintain clear and actionable priorities. We seek someone comfortable working with complex systems, capable of quickly understanding various parts of the codebase, and driving execution without relying on heavy processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead technical decisions and ensure system quality * Break down tasks and guide their execution * Support developers and remove technical blockers * Participate in planning, refinement, and daily coordination * Adapt quickly to different parts of the system **Technical Requirements** * Strong backend development experience with Python * Experience with complex or continuously evolving systems * Ability to understand large codebases and their interactions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with code reviews and maintaining code quality * Ability to break down technical problems into clear, actionable tasks * Aptitude for learning new technologies and working across different parts of the system * Practical use of LLM-based tools to support development activities such as debugging, code comprehension, and implementation, with the ability to critically evaluate generated outputs **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Python ecosystem frameworks * Experience with distributed systems * Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes * Basic knowledge of infrastructure and observability
