




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for verifying, planning, and executing product deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, accurate financial handling, and road safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient deliveries. 2. Responsible for cargo verification and daily financial reconciliation. 3. Safe and responsible driving, complying with traffic laws. Perform daily cargo verification to avoid departing for deliveries with excess or missing products; Instruct assistants on correct delivery execution to ensure smooth service operations and quality customer service; Plan and act to complete all scheduled deliveries for the day, preventing order returns; Contact the Delivery Monitoring Center (DMC) supervisor immediately upon encountering any doubts or potential returns, so that case reversal can be pursued; Accurately reconcile cash register entries according to daily financial transactions; Park the vehicle at the fuel pump in the dealership yard for refueling by authorized personnel; Demonstrate proficient vehicle operation, driving carefully to prevent product loss, damage, and traffic accidents; Greet and identify oneself to the point-of-sale (POS) representative upon delivery to foster customer loyalty and promote a positive company image; Ensure the invoice is presented to the customer prior to product unloading; Ensure returned containers do not include damaged bottles or other rejected assets; Ensure correct product unloading and proper organization of products at the location designated by the customer; Assume responsibility for delivery closure—i.e., collecting sales proceeds (cash or check) or obtaining the signature on the invoice stubs, payment slips, and, where applicable, loan agreement forms; Complete the weekly damage report (weekly driver checklist) and submit it to the warehouse supervisor for follow-up actions (maintenance); Perform hazardous maneuvers (e.g., reverse gear) only under guidance from assistants or third parties; Observe traffic laws while operating the truck, prioritizing personal and public safety through defensive driving and preventive maintenance; Assume responsibility for paying traffic violation fines; Comply with the company’s internal regulations and all applicable procedures.
