Monitors and, when necessary, assists with cleaning common areas. Verifies the organization and hygiene of hallways, restrooms, courtyards, staircases, and other facilities. Ensures that all areas remain clean and suitable for use. Performs minor hydraulic, electrical, and structural repairs. Replaces light bulbs, adjusts doors, locks, hinges, faucets, and performs general maintenance. Maintains equipment, furniture, and facility installations. Checks the operation of gates, lighting, water pumps, and other equipment.
