Join us and help build stories that transform spaces and impact lives! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do Here:** * Lead the implementation of Quality processes, directly contributing to structuring and consolidating the company’s continuous improvement culture. * Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date Quality documentation — such as plans, procedures, and reports — supporting efficient and compliant operations. * Monitor and record non-conformities, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions through corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct field audits and inspections to ensure processes, materials, and execution align with technical standards and project requirements. **What We Expect From You:** * Solid knowledge of technical standards and legislation applicable to civil construction, plus familiarity with industry best practices. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with field and office teams. * Analytical mindset and critical thinking to interpret data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose practical solutions. * Experience with Quality Management Systems, especially ISO 9001 and PBQP\-H. * Experience conducting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. * Proactive, problem-solving profile focused on delivering consistent results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or specialization are a plus. **Technical Knowledge:** * Technical standards for civil construction (ABNT, ISO 9001, PBQP\-H). * Relevant legislation and industry best practices. **Tools and Systems:** * Advanced Excel. * Quality Management Systems. **Skills:** * Analytical profile with focus on continuous improvement. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity and autonomy. **Experience:** * Implementation and maintenance of QMS in civil construction. * Experience conducting audits and interfacing with field teams. **Additional Information** * **Location:** Estoril/Belo Horizonte * **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT (in-person); * **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$ 700.00 \+ Transportation allowance R$ 500.00 (Caju), Nationwide health plan (co-payment), Dental plan, Life insurance, and WellHub (Gympass). * Opportunities for professional learning and development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Potential for career growth within the company. **BTS** is a company specialized in real estate project development, focused on meeting our clients’ demands in every detail.
