Focus on quality, safety, and factory productivity JOB DESCRIPTION Supervise productive activities at the structure and container assembly factory, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, occupational safety, and productivity through direct leadership of operational teams. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Supervise and coordinate teams of welders, assemblers, production assistants, and other sector professionals; * Organize and monitor production flow, ensuring schedule compliance; * Ensure correct implementation of operational procedures, technical standards, and quality requirements; * Guarantee compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE; * Monitor productivity, quality, and rework indicators; * Support leadership in the technical and behavioral development of the team; * Identify and report maintenance needs, material requirements, or adjustments in the production process; * Proactively resolve conflicts and align the team; * Report results, incidents, and requests to management. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in a factory or industrial environment; * Experience supervising or leading operational teams; Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of metal structure, container, or similar assembly processes; * Basic understanding of welding, industrial assembly, and blueprint reading; * Familiarity with occupational safety standards; * Experience with production control and operational performance indicators.
