Job Summary: The professional will develop and monitor budget plans, track financial execution, and control KPIs for Rebuild projects, performing cost and material analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Work across different units with expenses covered by the company 2. Focus on planning and management of Rebuild projects 3. Collaborative work with multiple departments for continuous improvement **Willingness to work across different units (relocation/accommodation provided by the company) is required.** **Location:** Belo Horizonte, Conselheiro Lafaiete, and other Komatsu operational units. **Main Responsibilities (Rebuild Project):** * Develop and monitor project budget plans. * Monitor project budget execution. * Control Revamp (Rebuild) area KPIs via BI Dashboard. * Control and monitor service order costs. * Analyze requirements for materials, components, and supplies. * Develop performance indicators related to projects. * Prepare managerial reports and presentations on budget performance. * Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Sales departments. * Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. **Requirements:** · Advanced English proficiency preferred; · Knowledge of planning, project management, and service processes. · Proven experience in planning and management of projects related to heavy equipment maintenance in the mining sector.
