This Billing Assistant opportunity is for you. We seek a committed professional to join the administrative team, ensuring that the entire billing process is carried out accurately, tax-compliantly, and efficiently. You will interact directly with internal departments and partners, contributing to information reliability and continuous process improvement. * Issue electronic invoices (goods and/or services). * Verify purchase orders, contracts, and billing documents. * Perform data entry in ERP systems and control spreadsheets. * Assist in calculating taxes related to billing. * Manage bank slips, invoices, and collection documents. * Respond to inquiries from internal departments and customers regarding invoices. * Organize physical and digital files of fiscal documents. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education; technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable. * Prior experience in billing, issuing invoices, or administrative/financial routines. * Knowledge of NF-e issuance and basic tax legislation. * Proficiency in basic/intermediate Excel. * Experience with ERP systems or billing systems. * Organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality regarding data. * Availability for on-site work under CLT employment regime. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Knowledge of taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS) and tax regimes. * Previous experience handling a high volume of invoices. * Familiarity with automation or tax integration tools. * Participation in administrative process improvement projects.
