Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, moving, storing, and dispatching goods, ensuring warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Product verification and optimized storage TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (specific knowledge): Technical Course in Logistics is desirable. Forklift Operator Training Course Brazilian National Driver's License Category "B" Experience with reach trucks Receiving, inspecting, moving, and storing goods, raw materials, products, parts, and equipment while maintaining organization and ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy. Performing cycle counts and annual inventory, comparing system data with physical quantities, and reporting discrepancies to the immediate supervisor. Sorting, inspecting, and dispatching goods, raw materials, products, parts, and equipment according to sales orders, store or branch requests, based on purchase orders and/or issued invoices. Receiving and verifying incoming invoices, checking physical items, general condition of received materials, packaging, batch numbers, serial numbers of machines, expiration dates, and quantities, comparing them against the purchase order and confirming compliance. Labeling and storing products, pallets, and parts to optimize storage, control quantities, batches, and expiration dates, and ensure proper storage conditions in accordance with good warehousing practices and legal safety regulations. Loading products, ensuring correct cargo stowage. Operating forklifts to move various materials for storage or dispatch, when duly certified and trained, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
