Learn more about the position: Essential Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology field. Desirable Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Technology is desirable. Knowledge and Skills: * Proficiency in programming logic, SQL, Java language, and ETL; familiarity with ITIL, * Scrum/Kanban, Testing, and Configuration Management; familiarity with Web Services integration, REST, SOAP; proficiency in BPM, process modeling tools, and techniques for scope definition and control; * Project Management; * Proficiency in basic OKR concepts, feasibility analysis, quality management, and KPI management; * Google Workspace. Key Responsibilities: * Client interaction to conduct detailed scope analysis for requested projects; * Generate estimates based on the defined scope; * Lead development of projects approved by clients; * Provide client follow-up and support throughout the entire project lifecycle; * Update applications in the staging environment according to project development; * Monitor and, if necessary, execute the change process in the production environment, confirming that production deployment aligns with project requirements; * Analyze and resolve errors reported by clients during project acceptance testing; * Demonstrate successful updates both in staging and production environments; * Develop progress reports for clients.
